At Form Add Function, we are passionate about creating beautiful, high performance structures that go beyond the standard Green concepts to be what is known today as “Blue Building”. We do this to make a positive impact on the built environment, the natural environment and the people who occupy them.

“Blue Building” is a philosophy that seeks to protect the environment and climate, saving energy and recycling of resources. The philosophy is applied from the foundations, external and internal walls, roofs, windows and doors, all of which are manufactured, erected and mounted in accordance to the newest requirements for environmental, climate protection and energy preservation.

IS BLUE BUILDING EXPENSIVE?

Some of our clients are concerned about the costs of Green Building materials. While your building cost may come with a 5% premium, the saving on energy over the first six months will more than make up the difference. The energy saving over the long-term will make a marked positive impact on your living, working and operational costs.
