Frequently asked questions

Which areas does Form Add Function work in?

Form Add Function is an interior design and renovation studio based at Office 5A, 103 Nellie Road, Norwood, Johannesburg. We work across Gauteng, including Sandton, Rosebank, Highlands North, Greenside, Saxonwold, Morningside, Springs and Benoni, and take on projects elsewhere in South Africa. Call +27 84 527 7302 to discuss yours.

Can Form Add Function get my building plans approved by the City of Johannesburg?

Yes. Form Add Function draws up floor plans, submits them to the City of Johannesburg and sees them through to approval, including heritage submissions for older buildings. We did this for Interim Solutions’ new offices and for G&G Digital’s heritage Cape Dutch building in Highlands North.

What does an office fit-out with Form Add Function include?

A Form Add Function office fit-out is turnkey: concept and space planning, design, plans and approvals, finishes and procurement, installation and project management through to handover of the keys. For HRW Recruitment Group at Rosebank Mall we delivered 600 m² with five themed boardrooms, a reception, break-out areas and a secure server room.
