What does a turnkey office fit-out include?
With Form Add Function, a turnkey office fit-out covers space planning, design, finishes, plans and approvals where needed, procurement, installation and project management through to handover of the keys. For HRW Recruitment Group at Rosebank Mall we delivered 600 m² this way, with five themed boardrooms, a reception, break-out areas and a secure server room.
How much does an office fit-out in Johannesburg cost?
It depends on the size of the space, the finishes and how much building work is involved. After we have seen your space and agreed the brief, Form Add Function gives you a detailed, transparent cost breakdown and time frame before any work starts.
Can you help us move to a smaller office?
Yes. For Interim Solutions we designed new, smaller offices on a tight budget, identified where costs could be cut without compromising on quality, and had the floor plans approved by the City of Johannesburg.
Do office renovations need council approval?
Building work that changes the structure, adds space or changes how a building is used usually needs municipal approval before work starts; new interior finishes generally do not. We check this during design and handle the plans and submission when they are needed.
