The brief
HRW Recruitment Group was moving into 600 m² of new space at Rosebank Mall. They wanted one team to take the project all the way from first ideas to a finished office, and a workplace that would inspire their own people as well as the candidates and clients who visit every day.
What we did
We delivered a turnkey service: concept and design, then implementation through to handing over the keys. The new office includes:
- A welcoming reception with a full-height forest mural and a crisp white reception desk.
- Five new boardrooms, each with its own theme. One is built around a large Golden Gate Bridge mural.
- Glass-partitioned offices with coloured privacy film, keeping the floor light and open while giving teams privacy.
- Open-plan workstations for the recruitment teams.
- Pause areas for staff to take a break, including an outdoor terrace with seating and umbrellas.
- A secure IT and server room.
The result
An inspiring, practical office that reflects the HRW brand, with a distinct character in every boardroom, delivered as a single turnkey project from concept to keys.
