Another Heritage ‘railway’ home total overhaul, included a spectacular covered patio that wrapped the entire house leading into the lounge, dining and media room. The old slate roof was replaced with energy efficient modern IBR solution. A new main bedroom and en-suite bathroom, lounge and entertainment areas have folding stacking doors. Wooden floors and doors were restored. A separate cottage was converted from existing outbuilding rooms, into a psychology practice.
